The Loncar Technique™ is a fascia-first corrective bodywork system that blends medical massage, structural mapping, quantum fascia interpretation, nervous-system activation, and movement retraining.
Every session is fully customized — not a routine full-body massage.

⭐ TRADITIONAL SESSIONS

• 60-Min Maintenance Session — $120

Designed for clients who are out of chronic pain and want to stay balanced, mobile, and tension-free.

Best for:
• monthly tune-ups
• stress reduction
• maintaining range of motion
• preventing flare-ups

•   90-Min Corrective Session — $180

A deeper medical-style session for chronic patterns, limited mobility, and areas that need more focused work.

Best for:
• SI joint tension
• hip/lumbar imbalance
• recurring or long-term pain
• nerve compression symptoms
• difficult or “stuck” patterns
• cervical restrictions
• shoulder imbalance or upper-back tightness
• TMJ-related patterns

These sessions include your choice of hands-on massage time PLUS a structured 30-minute corrective segment.

• Advanced 90-Min Session — $190

60 min bodywork + 30 min structural/CNS work

Includes:
• Fascia-first bodywork
• Posture grid assessment (when needed)
• Hip/pelvic mapping
• Rotation and pattern identification
• Movement-based release
• CNS activation & isometric drills
• Customized corrective planning

•    Advanced 2-Hour Session — $250

90 min bodywork + 30 min structural/CNS work

Includes:
• All elements of the Advanced session
• More time for deeper bodywork
• Great for full-body or longstanding patterns

(Ideal for clients needing a longer session and more tissue time before structural corrections.)
